For my gaming sessions I use two headphones, one being the SteelSeries Arctis 1 and the other one is the Razer Nari Ultimate which is currently my favorite gaming headphones. There is a lot of debate about this headphone being overpriced for what it offers, but for me it is money well spent if you know how to get the best out of it.

So why do I like it so much? It sounds awesome and the vibration feature makes me enjoy my gaming session more. Many have said even their headphones vibrates and its old technology, well getting vibration out of deep bass is not what this headphones offer. the Razer Nari Ultimate offers mechanical vibration which is also targeted based on the sound output.

If you are a user of the same headphones and want to get the best experience for Gaming, Movies and Music, you can always follow the settings (Razer Synapse) I use as per below image:

I have set the “Haptic Feedback” to be low as that is what I like the most as I don’t want my head to be rumbling all the time.

The built in EQ in Razer Synapse works very well, but I simply do not use it as I use a 3rd party app to get the best out of the sound from the headphones. Basically I use FXSound which simply works with the headphone.

The EQ adds a lot of customization to the headphones and with all this settings and configuration, I wont be buying a new headphone anytime soon. Hope this settings helps and improves your experience as well.
