For somewhat weird reason, I have always had problems checking and paying my Astro Bill via their portal or their “My Astro” app. This normally is caused by logging in problem which I always face. Not sure if it is due to my browser blocking some scripts or other reasons. For the past few months, I have been using a simpler method to check and pay my Astro Bill without even logging in and you can even pay the bills for others.

Firstly head-over to the link (https://pay.astro.com.my/) and input your Astro account number or any account number that you would like to check and pay.

Your latest account details will be shown to you, from here you can decide to make your payment using your own choice of payment method. As for me, I normally use Boost to pay my bills.

I normally tend to pay more than my bill and since I use Boost, I do get to collect extra points as well. Once you have done with your payment, simply head back to the payment link as above and key-in your account number again.

As you can see from the image above, the payment is reflected immediately and accurately.

If you are a person like me who don’t like to login everywhere, normally pays bill for others and also prefer to use your own payment method, this alternative method should work fine.
